This Refund Policy explains the terms under which payments for Eduloo ("Eduloo", the "Service"), operated by RapidFoundry Ltd ("RapidFoundry", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), are handled. By purchasing a subscription, plan, or any paid feature of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy. This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.


1. No Refunds

All payments made to RapidFoundry Ltd for the Service - including but not limited to subscriptions, recurring renewals, one-time purchases, upgrades, add-ons, and credits - are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, in whole or in part, for any amount paid, whether or not the Service has been used.


2. Digital Service

Eduloo is a digital software service that is made available to you immediately upon purchase. Because access to the Service and its features is granted instantly, all sales are considered complete at the time of payment and are not eligible for a refund.


3. Subscriptions and Renewals

Paid plans may be offered on a recurring subscription basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals, and your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the paid features until the end of that period. Cancelling a subscription does not entitle you to a refund of any amount already paid, including for the current or any prior billing period, and we do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time.


4. No Refunds for Non-Use

We do not provide refunds or credits for periods during which your account remained active but the Service was not used, for features you chose not to use, or for any dissatisfaction unrelated to the Service being materially unavailable.


5. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be waived. Where you are a consumer in the European Union, you acknowledge and agree that, by purchasing and accessing the Service immediately upon payment, you expressly request that performance of the digital service begins immediately and you accept that you thereby lose any statutory right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by applicable law.


6. Exceptional Circumstances

Any exception to this Policy is granted entirely at our sole discretion, on a case-by-case basis, and does not create any obligation or precedent for us to grant the same or similar treatment in any other case.
